I painted a mural on the staircase wall (between the 2nd and 3rd floors) of the Genghis Khan restaurant “Matsumoto Miyama” in Matsumoto, Nagano. Using the Seven Lucky Gods, a sheep, and Daruma as motifs, I painted with the intention of inviting good fortune into the space. Each Daruma carries different wishes, and the restaurant manager completed them by adding the eyes.
