From Consultation to Completion
At TOMOSHIBI wall art, we value dialogue with our clients and work together to shape art that leaves a lasting impression. Here is an overview of the ordering process.
Please feel free to contact us. Even if you are just at the stage of wondering, “Is this something I can ask for?”, you are very welcome. Share your ideas and wishes for murals, wood art, illustrations, or other projects.
We will carefully discuss your requests, budget, and installation conditions either online or in person. Sharing details such as the purpose of the space, its atmosphere, and the message you wish to convey allows us to make more tailored proposals.
Based on the consultation, we provide a preliminary estimate according to the scope and specifications of the work. If necessary, we may also conduct a site visit or additional discussions. Please feel free to ask any questions at this stage.

Production & Installation
Taking into account the installation site and wall materials, we sketch designs that bring out the full potential of the space.
We present sketches and digital roughs that clearly convey the final image and sense of scale.
We fine-tune details such as scale and color to suit the actual site and surrounding environment.
By compositing the design proposal onto photos of the location, we share a visual that closely reflects the finished result,
allowing for a more concrete understanding of the final outcome.
We paint directly on site, carefully applying each stroke according to the design while ensuring safety and consideration for the surroundings, completing a work that harmonizes with the space.

Production & Installation
We develop designs while considering the installation location.
Using drawings and completion images, we propose ideas tailored to your requests.
Based on finalized drawings prepared in our workshop, we process and cut the wood, producing each component.
As we work, we carefully refine detailed design elements.
We process, paint, and assemble the wood in our workshop, then install the finished piece on site.
For wall installations, components are prepared in advance and installed on location,
with fine adjustments and additional processing carried out as needed.
